How large is each lot? 40 x 70 - A Large Lot. There are now 187 lots at Word of Life. If we wish to purchase a Park Model, do we purchase it from Word of Life? Yes.  This is to insure quality control, uniformity and a custom built home at an exceptional price. What kind of Park Model can be purchased through Word of Life? Chariot Eagle, Chariot Hawk and Chariot Lite. (Units up to 42 feet in length). What do the Park Models cost? The complete units (ready to live in) at Word of Life RV Park, range from $68,000 up, complete including delivery, setup, anchoring, skirting, water hookup, sewer hookup, electric hookup, cement driveway, central air conditioning, heat and carports. Most units can have carports, utility sheds, Florida rooms, screened enclosures, and decks custom built to your specifications. Can I stay longer than the season? Yes What is the cost for the extra months? $100 per month (starting the seventh month) off season rate. When I leave at the end of the season in April, how much does it cost? $15 per month off season rate. Once I order my Park Model from Word of Life, how much time does it take for completion - ready to live it? It will take 3 weeks for occupancy once the unit is delivered to your site. Add extra time for Florida rooms, screen enclosures, etc. Can I finance? Yes.  It is really simple.  The Park Models are financed like a car and for up to 15 years.  You may use your own bank or mail/fax the application directly to the Wachovia Bank. Can I let someone else use my unit or can I rent out my unit? Yes.  All persons living at Word of Life RV Park agree to the Word of Life standard of conduct, park rules and regulations.  All those who use your unit must agree to the same standards and park rules. Who does the extra work like adding the Carport and Florida room? A Word of Life approved local contractor thus assuring quality control, honesty and superior service.  Word of Life staff will assist you with your plans. If I have a Motor Home or Travel Trailer, can I rent a lot? Yes!  The Word of Life RV Park is for RV's and Park Models What activites are available? Golf - A gifted PGA instructor is a winter resident at the RV Park. He gives lessons to Conference Center guests; RV Park residents and Word of Life Bible Institute students as well as hosts several golf outings each week. Day Trips - Friday is excursion day. During the season, each Friday there is a trip to an exciting place such as Silver Springs, Cypress Gardens, Sea World, Mt. Dora, St. Augustine, Honey Moon Island, St. Pete Pier, Epcot Center, Homosassa Springs, Kennedy Space Center, Strawberry Festivals, etc. Theme Weeks - WOL Florida host several theme weeks which may include Deep Sea Fishing, Golf, Southern Gospel Week, Major League Baseball Spring Training and Canadian week. Crafts and Quilting - are available certain weeks. More Fun Stuff - Watch beautiful Florida sunsets at Hudson Beach (only 11 miles down the road from WOL Florida).. the annual Yard Sale.. pot luck suppers.. periodic Fish Fries.. Carpet Golf Tournaments.. and of course, everyone's favorite game show featuring Harry Bollback Saturday Night Concert Series - Each week we feature a major Christian artist such as Legacy Five, Steve Green, Greater Vision, Kings Brass, Damaris Carbaugh, Harry Bollback, Billy Speer and many more. Jesus Behold the Man and Sights and Sounds of Christmas - Musical spectaculars are attended by many thousands people each year Volunteer Ministry - an active and thriving ministry provides winter residents an opportunity to serve God using their talents and abilities as part of the Word of Life team!
