Summer Camp Nursing Positions

Summer seasonal Registered Nurses positions available at our camps in New York (06/26/10 through 08/21/10)       and Florida (06/19/10 through 08/13/10), salary range up to $800.00 weekly based on experience plus room and board. We offer 8 exciting, action and fun-packed weeks. As our Nurse you will have opportunities to minister and impact the lives of young people. Won't you pray fully consider joining our staff whose purpose is to teach young people to Know Christ as their personal Savior, help them Grow in their knowledge of God's Word and teach them to Show their faith to others! Duties include but may not be limited to: Camper and staff assessments, first aid, medication administration, documentation, health record review, rotate on call, daily shift report, communication with parents and health center coordinator. For more information about these exciting summer opportunities please email: healthcenter@wol.org or call Tom Goodrow RN at 518/494-1405.

Culinary Apprenticeship Program

The Word of Life Culinary Services Department in Schroon Lake NY has openings in the Culinary Apprenticeship program. Persons applying must be a graduate of a Word of Life Bible Institute; be highly motivated and able to work in a college-level, self-study environment. Leadership ability is necessary as this program is intended to prepare tomorrow's Christian culinary leadership. Detailed program information can be found about this program can be found here.
