Word of Life Snow Camp is situated in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains where there are many quaint motels and Comfortable lodges that are a perfect escape for youth leaders. In addition, WOL Inn has rooms available at great prices. For a listing of area accommodations, visit our website at wolcamps.org.
Optional meal packages are provided at Snow Camp for youth leaders and can be purchased in advance online or by calling a registrar at 1-800-965-7177.
Word of Life has arranged for a special pre-camp ski package for you or your youth group with one of our local resorts, Gore Mountain Ski Area. You can take advantage of this offer on the Friday of your Snow Camp weekend.

Skiing Hours: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Non Skiers:
Lodging is available for Thursday evening and includes Friday breakfast and lunch for $15.00 per person. No activities are available at the Bible Institute Friday morning. Church groups will be responsible for their own transportation and supervision until Snow Camp registration on Friday afternoon. Thursday dinner may be purchased for an additional $8.00 per person at the dinner meal line. We offer dormitory style housing, (youth leaders will be housed with the teens, as chaperones, for Thursday evening only.) For skiers of all abilities, Gore Mountain is the place for you.

ADMISSIONS POLICY: Admissions to Word of Life Camps are open to all persons regardless of race, color or national origin.
INSURANCE POLICY: Word of Life Camps are a non-profit, charitable organization dependent on God and His people. Those who use Word of Life's facilities and/or engage in related activities, waive and release Word of Life from any claim for personal injury or property damage. Attendees agree to carry insurance or have the resources to cover the expenses related to personal injury or property damage.
PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION AND MEDICAL HISTORY:The New York State Department of Health requires all campers less than 26 years of age to bring to camp a current confidential medical history including an immunization record with specific dates and a parent's authorization for emergency medical care. After sending in your reservation request, you will be emailed a link to a health form to complete and bring to camp. Campers cannot be admitted without a completed health form. Word of Life Camps are required to be inspected twice yearly. Copies of the inspection reports are on file with the New York State Department of Health at: 21 Bay Street, Glens Falls, New York 12801 and 11-15 St. Bernard Street, Saranac Lake, New York 12983.
RATES INCLUDE: All meals from Friday dinner to Sunday midday meal. Dates and rates are subject to change without notice.
LEADER HOUSING AND MEALS:Word of Life is offering limited housing for leaders/chaperons on a space available basis, also a list of local accommodations is listed at the end of the Leader's Information Packet. Please call us toll-free at 1-800-965-7177 in advance to order leader meal packages for the weekend at a cost of $25 per person or to inquire about the Leaders housing at Word of Life Inn. Individual meal tickets may be purchased at the Command Center throughout your Snow Camp weekend.
RESERVATIONS AND CHECK-IN: There are no accommodations for adults at the Bible Institute, there are limited accommodations available at the Word of Life Inn. Camper check-in, each Friday, is from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, with dinner served from 5:00 to 6:15 pm. Please notify Word of Life before 5:00 pm if you will be arriving later. For those staying at the Inn, your will receive your key and directions at Snow Camp Check-in.

Upon receiving your reservation, you will be emailed a link to a health form to complete which may be returned in advance or presented at check-in.
WHAT TO BRING: Medicine in original container, your health form, sleeping bag, pillow, warm clothing for outdoor activities, Bible, notepad and any desired sports equipment.
WHAT NOT TO BRING: Televisions, radios, electronic devices, traditional playing cards, tobacco, or alcohol products.
