Scholarship Application Freshmen students must submit this application to the Financial Aid Office to determine of your eligibility for most scholarships. 	2nd Year Scholarship Application This Schoalrship form is for returning students only. Please complete this form to begin the process for aid determination for your next year. This form must be printed and submitted to the Financial Aid Office via mail.
