Betsi Oris: On to glory! Psalm 116:15 “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.” Dear Word of Life Family: We are writing to share the difficult news that our dear sister, Betsi Oris (Jack Wyrtzen's daughter), unexpectedly went Home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 7th here in Schroon Lake. Please keep her children, grandchildren, and entire family in your prayers as they travel here to Schroon Lake in the coming hours and days. How special it is for Scott and I to return to visit with my brother, his family and my mom living in Schroon Lake. We still hear echoes of my Dad's voice around -- and know it won't be long before we are all face to face with the Lord. It is a day we so look forward to soon! But just to give you a little background on him. He grew up in a small town in Arkansas so he knows what it is like to not have much. He went own to become a Baptist preacher for 13 years. After that he served as Lieutenant Governor of Arkansas for 3 years and went on to be Governor for 10 1/2 years. We as Christians should do all that we can to put one of us in the White House.
